Over 100 Tourism suppliers from 8 regions in 1 event – eXplore Show 2025!

If you are selling or promoting trade ready tourism product for New Zealand, then you must attend  this annual event. 

A great opportunity to bring new staff up to speed with products, ask your tourism supplier all the ‘operational questions’, get a feel for the tourism product, meet the faces behind the emails, and connect with suppliers new and known!

It remains a free flow event from 9-3 – no set appointments – you catch up with operators you need to see, or want to meet!  We know you are busy right now but this offers a valuable excursion from the desk – and let our hospitality be a tiny reward for all your hard mahi over the summer!

EXTENDED 2025! Optional Breakfast Session – 07.30-9.30am  The Breakfast Session is now closed for registration sorry, we welcome you to register and join us for the free flow event 9-3pm 
Suitable for Product and Contracting Managers only,  you can elect to attend this Breakfast Session.  We will schedule you up to 11 appointments of 10 minutes with operators you request to see. You can then stay on and meet other products exhibiting over the course of the day in the remaining free flow event.

We will send you the programme before the event so you can plan your visit (and Breakfast Session) and be sure to connect with your current suppliers and explore the new products on offer. 

Our awesome 8 RTO teams will be there too – they can help with what’s new, itinerary planning, information on moving around the regions, accessing the icons – all those ‘other questions’ that are not operator specific.
