Operator Application – TRENZ 2015 Activity Famil Afternoon
The Activity Afternoon Famil Programme will take place during Trenz on Tuesday 19th May 2015. This is an opportunity to showcase your product to the delegates attending TRENZ.
Important notes:
- Only those operators attending Trenz can be included in the Activity Afternoon Famil programme.
- Famils must be provided FOC and must also include all transportation.
- Collection from Energy Event Centre will be between 1.35pm-2.00pm and delegates must be returned to their hotels by 5.30pm.
- Lunch will be supplied by Trenz prior to delegates departing the EEC.
- All submissions will be carefully considered by ECNI and final authorisation will come from TIA.
- Submission will close Friday 23rd January 2015.
- Notification of product famil inclusion will be confirmed via email on Wednesday 18th February 2015.
- ECNI and TIA will jointly allocate all delegates (Exhibitors, Buyers & Media) to the activities.
