eXplore Show 2023 – Exhibitor Edition – Three and Final

Kia Ora all eXplore Show 2023 Exhibitors  – less than a week to go!

·         See links below to Buyer list and Eden Park Stadium Map

Buyers Registered as at Friday – 181
Last names are trickling in – and TBH this is pretty solid for first year post COVID. I anticipate we will see about 150 of those. Please don’t waste time getting contact details from buyers on the day – spend that time with them connecting. I will send you the full database of exactly who walked through the door with email addresses after the event – likely Friday.  Meanwhile full list linked below with delegate names – if you personally want one for the event, please print yourself and bring with you (6 pages). Note: Morning traditionally is busier than the afternoon.

VIP’s – every-one who takes the time to attend is important,  however we have the following who will need some extra Central North Island ‘Aroha’:

·         Rene de Monchy  – Chief Executive at Tourism New Zealand  (9-9.30 – RTO escorted)
·         Bjoern Spreitzer  – General Manager New Zealand & Business Events (9-9.30 – RTO escorted)
·         Lynda Keene – Chief Executive – Tourism Export Council of NZ
·         Linda Furber – Director of Product – Down Under Answers / Travel 2 – travelling from Seattle – one of the largest NZ specialists in the USA.

The Kingslander   – Operator Function  Wednesday 26th 5-7pm
470 New North Road, Kingsland, Auckland 1021
Food is ordered and drinks are chilling. I will see you UPSTAIRS in the Nectar Bar on arrival and give you all a drink token to use, then cash bar thereafter.  A very informal gathering but a great opportunity to meet the other operators and get into show mood – an awesome peer to peer networking event!
Kingslander Parking  – the parking outside The Kingslander converts to Freelane/towzone in the afternoon.  Eden Park Stadium have kindly allowed us parking on site (Gate B or C) for our function and walk 5 minutes up over the rail lines to the event (See little green persons on the map below).  If you plan to have a few drinks or have difficulty walking – maybe grab an uber from your accommodation to drop you at the door.

Your Stand
Will be set up and ready to go for you on Thursday morning with your banner – remember – very limited space on your stand (60CM tabletop) so think carefully about what you bring.  Power supplied.  Floor plan and stand number links follows.  Note that we have hospitality zones top and tail of the room for Buyers or yourselves to have a break from the conversation or take a call.

WiFi – This is free for the event.  TIP: Do not rely on this if you want to stream videos or presentation – have these downloaded to your device so they are not reliant on bandwidth.  I will have WiFI loging details on arrival.

Photographer  – FYI – I have commissioned a photographer 10am-1pm to capture mostly candid shots from the day of engagement between buyers and sellers, and people enjoying the hospitality. These will be made available to RTO’s  for their use and I will use them for future promotions of the event.
